Production Process
Manufacturing Pellets
Raw materials such as wood flour and plastic pellets are stored, inspected and added here.
Extrusion machine
Raw materials are extruded through heating and other processes using dies of different shapes. Cooling, shaping and length control are performed.
Production and Processing
After the product is produced, it is processed again according to the customer’s requirements. Ensure that the product meets the needs of the customer’s project.
Testing
Test the finished product: hardness, water absorption and wear resistance, etc.
